Job Summary: The Project Administrative Assistant provides critical support to project teams by coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. This role contributes to the successful delivery of projects by assisting with scheduling, reporting, procurement, and day-to-day project operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Support project managers in organizing and tracking project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, contracts, records, and files.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute notes and action items.
- Schedule internal and external meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics.
- Assist with the preparation of project reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, prepare expense reports, and support invoicing processes.
- Act as a point of contact between project stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project requirements.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support project success.
