This key role involves working closely with Engineers to manage and update project documentation, including scope of work, permits, and reports. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and update project documentation Prepare documents for bids Track pay estimates and project budgets Handle paperwork for funding Edit letters and write reports Update project details as provided by engineers Answer phones and perform other administrative duties Requirements Experience in document coordination within an engineering environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to handle administrative tasks and phone calls Attention to detail and the ability to take instructions and make changes promptly Why Join Us?
