JOB SUMMARY: The Talent Contractor supports the talent solutions, leadership development and talent management practices to cultivate the Cox culture and build leaders for the future. The Talent Analyst will provide support across the broader talent team as directed by their leader.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Talent Program Execution
- Works as an adjunct member of project-based solutions teams to execute Provides project/program support for execution of various Talent Programs.
Program Management
- Builds systems for knowledge sharing including collaboration tools and forums, and resource filing conventions, as well as governance of these - specifically in Teams platform
- Provides support for vendor management to include costing, invoicing, payment, tracking of status and resolving cost issues.
Other - Provides administrative support to the Talent team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: - Requires awareness of adult learning and leadership development principles
- Excellent project management and organization skills, able to handle multiple projects (small and large) with conflicting priorities and deliver projects on time with excellence
- Ability to build concise and clear presentations for a variety of audiences
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- Strong written, presentation and verbal communications skills
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum - 5-7 years experience with HR support & 2-4 years in project admin support
- Awareness of the multiple aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to talent development, talent management, succession planning, organizational development, leadership development.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities against deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and discernment within broadly defined policies and practices.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral and the ability to adapt to different levels within the organization.
