Office Admin Manager (Construction)
Your new company
Our client operates in the construction sector, using innovative systems to create high-quality living spaces. They are seeking a Project Admin/Office Manager to join their team at their headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky.
Your new role
You'll handle a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, managing spreadsheets, booking flights, and providing tech admin support to the factory team. This position requires you to be onsite full-time, assisting with timecard updates and other needs, while working closely with a small, experienced management team.
What you'll need to succeed
• Minimum of 3 years in an administrative or tech support role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets, managing timecards, and providing tech admin support; advanced technical skills with specialized software are a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time and support a growing, dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of leading or coordinating teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
