Managing project accounting, including job costing, reconciliations, and balancing accounts.
Working across multiple entities with separate books, checking accounts, P&Ls, and balance sheets.
Providing key insights into where money is made (or lost) and supporting financial decisions.
Assisting with commissions, financial reporting, and process improvements.

Accounting Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, but expertise in cost/manufacturing accounting is what really matters.
Problem-Solver: Someone who can dig into numbers, reconcile accounts, and provide financial clarity.
Team Player: Willing to roll up your sleeves and help where needed in a fast-moving environment.
