We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our team with administrative and project coordination tasks related to large multifamily construction projects. This full-time, in-office role plays a critical part in ensuring the timely and accurate execution of subcontractor billing, project tracking, and vendor compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly AIA billings for subcontractors on large multifamily construction projects, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Assist Project Managers with the preparation and issuance of Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.
- Generate and analyze weekly project reports, including cost-to-budget comparisons.
- Maintain organized filing systems for project documentation.
- Manage vendor relationships, including monitoring insurance compliance and tax form submissions.
- Support with project setup, closeout, job costing, budgeting, change orders, and submittal tracking.
- Handle lien waiver documentation and tracking.
