  • Assess locale accessibility and safety, prioritizing the needs of BIPOC trans and disabled attendees, such as evaluating accessibility of lodging, identifying local safety risks (e.g., political climate and anti-trans policies), and collaborating with community partners to develop anti-carceral safety plans.
  • Develop and maintain timelines and logistical checklists to ensure smooth execution of all events, meetings, and gatherings.
  • Implement accessibility best practices in event planning, such as physical, sensory, and language access accommodations.
  • Provide on-site and virtual support, troubleshooting issues in real time and ensuring a seamless experience for all staff, community members, and other attendees.

  • Ability to self-motivate, self-direct, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, as well as a commitment to collaborative teamwork.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex logistics with care and follow-through.
  • Ability to travel nationally, including occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
