Programmer with Security Clearance

Systems Security Administration (SSA) Team Lead: eTRANSERVICES is bidding on an opportunity on site in Washington DC. A top secret security clearance is required. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; attention to details; interpersonal skills patience, customer-friendly attitude; ability to work in a team environment; ability to remain resilient and professional during highly sensitive and urgent situations; ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks. Five (5) or more years in InfoSec/IT Security related experience (2 years of FISMA (Federal Information Security Management Act) -related experience). CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), PMP, and Comp TIA A+ certification preferred. Extensive knowledge and experience with information security standards, policies and practices-NIST (800-53 rev), FISCAM, FISMA, DOD, DCID, FBI, etc. Experience analyzing information technology and system risk issues in complex environments. Experience in an IT customer support role, including working knowledge of account and access management. Experience managing a team of system security administrator personnel.
