What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing and managing cloud infrastructure for clinical and genomic research.
  • Gathering requirements to define cloud-based solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Optimizing cloud costs and reporting financial insights.
  • Developing and automating workflows and data pipelines.
  • Ensuring cloud security and software development best practices.

About You

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computational Biology or related field like Bioinformatics
  • 5+ yrs of experience in cloud engineering, Dev Ops and Data Management.
  • Skilled in AWS, Azure, or GCP for cloud solutions.
  • Proficient in Python, R, or Bash for robust data engineering.
  • Knowledge of ETL frameworks and relational database design.
  • Experience with Docker, APIs, or containerization technologies.
