ROGERCO, Inc. is seeking a Program Support Specialist to support the US Army Futures Command (AFC).
Opportunity As a Program Support Specialist providing support services to the AFC CIO/G6 team, you will help drive software inventory management, records administration, and critical tasker coordination for a 30,000-person enterprise. In this role, you will collaborate with the HQ Department of the Army and various subcommands, ensuring technology solutions and processes align with AFC's mission to modernize and transform the U.S. Army's future capabilities.
Responsibilities You will manage and maintain software inventories, user accounts, and budget tracking using tools such as CHESS LTS, Microsoft Inventory, and Power BI while coordinating closely with subcommands and vendors. You will also provide records management support, develop/maintain SOPs, and facilitate internal/external tasker coordination to ensure timely and accurate communication, data integrity, and seamless operational workflows.
RequirementsQualifications - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant software/inventory management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel data formulas), SharePoint views, and Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and maintaining large datasets
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team
- Active SECRET security clearance
Desired - Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience in developing or refining SOPs and TTPs
- Knowledge of Army tasking management systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and cost-saving measures
