Candidate will provide business management support services to leadership group which includes the collection, analysis and reporting of data while maintaining schedules and meeting project deadlines. As part of the contractor team supporting the Federal Aviation's Administration's (FAA) Business Office, candidate will maintain group manager's calendars, monitor, analyze and create reports for timesheets in the Federal Payroll system, provide metrics and generate program/project status reports to meet deadlines, and perform administrative duties for meetings, events and schedules. Position entails a high volume of work with daily interruptions.
Applicants must be a US Citizen or 3-year permanent resident and undergo a background investigation performed by the FAA.
Facility Location: William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) in Pomona, NJ.
Schedule: Full-time, 5 day a week reporting onsite to the WJHTC.
Education:
High School diploma with a minimum of 18 years of related experience. A bachelor's or associate degree will be counted towards requirement and will reduce the amount of years needed.
Job requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, MS Teams and Zoom programs
Experience in FAA's Castle system
Manage interruptions well and able to multi-task
Ability to maintain busy calendar, schedules and track accordingly
Excellent communication and writing skills
Attention to detail
Work independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Ability to set up events including stacking and unstacking chairs and set up and break down of tables
