Program Scheduler Program Scheduler(s) must meet the following requirements: Bachelors Degree with 10+ years of experience.
Knowledge of DoD 5000 Series; Military Standard 881D; Army Regulation (AR) 70-1; and the Department of Defense Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management Guide for Defense Acquisition Programs. Experience creating and managing IMS, Defense Acquisition System milestones and within the DoD acquisition framework. Recent relevant experience in development of schedules resource loading. Familiar with using SharePoint and/or Smartsheets. PM Institute Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) (preferred). Active Secret Clearance. This work may include, but is not limited to, the areas outlined below: Develop and maintain consistent schedule information across acquisition documentation within each PO/PL, and a schedule change log as required for program schedules. Provide support as required to the development of various schedule products for program briefings, acquisition documentation, budget submissions, and cost estimates. Review contractor IMS submissions and provide analysis in support of monthly program management reviews, design reviews, status meetings, and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs). Create integrated project plans and schedules to effectively manage an interconnected portfolio of information technology implementation efforts. Project Schedules are to be created and maintained in Project Online. Provide advice and guidance to leadership and project management personnel (POs, APMs, MPSs, PSSs), and other personnel on efficient use of resources and work scheduling optimization. Collaborate on third party project management and scheduling activities to include procurement and acquisition activities, recurring schedule updates, and overall schedule health assessments. Anticipate, create, develop, and maintain dashboards and other visual displays of quantitative schedule information for leadership review and decision making. Provide long-term project planning and schedule trending analysis. Provide general assistance and expertise for information technology project start up activities. Track the progress of milestones and tasks against project schedules in coordination with project management personnel. Identify, gather, categorize, and analyze and communicate project Risks /Issues, to project management personnel Develop and distribute weekly Schedule Analysis Reports to project stakeholders. Perform additional schedule, as requested by the Government.
