RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and maintain detailed project schedules with defined timelines, dependencies, and milestones Track project progress and evaluate performance against planned objectives Support integrated master scheduling efforts to ensure cross-project alignment Analyze schedule impacts and provide timely insights to program leadership Collaborate with stakeholders to refine schedules and manage dependencies Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of schedule-related data and reports Support risk assessment, resource planning, and schedule optimization REQUIREMENTS TS/SCI clearance required, including additional security screenings Full Performance: High school diploma/GED with 8 years, associate's with 6 years, bachelor's with 4 years, or master's with 2 years of relevant experience Senior Level: High school diploma/GED with 10 years, associate's with 8 years, bachelor's with 6 years, master's with 4 years, or PhD with 2 years Expert/Master Level: High school diploma/GED with 12 years, associate's with 10 years, bachelor's with 8 years, master's with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years Experience in project scheduling for IT, engineering, or government programs Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar platforms Strong understanding of project lifecycle phases and dependencies Analytical skills for identifying schedule risks and performance gaps Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams Experience supporting federal or intelligence community projects Certification in scheduling or project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP) Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Experience with integrated master schedules (IMS) or earned value management (EVM) Background in enterprise IT or infrastructure planning Join a mission-driven team advancing government communication capabilities and operational readiness.
