Aegis Aerospace is currently looking for a Program Planning and Control Administrator to join our team. The Program Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and programmatic support to facilitate smooth operations across organizational, technical, and leadership levels. This role requires high-level coordination, procedural insight, and the ability to manage multiple streams of work with increasing levels of responsibility. This position will be located at KSC in Florida.

Responsibilities
  • Delivers strategic administrative support to senior managers and staff, conducting research, compiling data, and preparing accurate, clear, and concise written communications.
  • Oversees badging, maps, and travel instructions for visitors; coordinates agendas, and meetings.
  • Plans, schedules, and supports onsite, offsite and virtual meetings, including logistics, participant invites, equipment setup, and meeting documentation (agendas, minutes, attendance logs, and action items).
  • Performs Records & Configuration Management activities: Maintains, tracks, and distributes official records, technical documentation, and updates in accordance with configuration management processes.
  • Program Policy and Initiative Support: Disseminates program policy, support event preparation, and provides background materials for program-level initiatives and leadership decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Contributes to process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending enhancements aligned with organizational goals to ensure success for the entire team.
Qualifications

REQUIRED:
  • 10+ years' experience
  • Must have US Citizenship.
  • Experience in document control / configuration management
  • Experience with interpersonal skills in a teaming environment where collaboration and communication are critical to the functioning of the team.
  • Motivated self-starter willing to take initiative.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with project managers, project leads, customers, and with contract colleagues is essential.
  • Ability to attain and maintain respect and confidence of the customer and contract personnel. A close, cooperative customer interface is essential.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Mature, professional judgment in establishing objectives, milestones and priorities.
  • Reliable and dependable work habits and dedication to get the job done.
DESIRED:
  • BS degree in business administration or related field
  • Experience working on government contracts (preference for NASA)
  • Experience with MS Project and/or MS PowerBI
  • Experience with CM tools such as JIRA/Confluence
