Program Manager with Security Clearance

Amentum is seeking a Program Manager to support our U.S. Department of Energy and Counterintelligence (DOE-IN) contract. Positions will be based in Washington, D.C. With options of other locations such as West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Newport News, VA. Responsibilities Manages overall contractual effort to ensure responsiveness to the Counterintelligence Directorate requirements as outlined in the Statement of Work Project analysis, planning, and implementation Support the overall contract plan by monitoring project team performance and outcomes relative to established tasks goals/measurements. Liaison with Contracting Officer's Representative and other corporate IN staff Prepares contract deliverables and detailed reports. Completing logistical contract actions, such as, contractor travel, training, time and attendance and personnel actions. Requirements Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management with projects of comparable size and complexity Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and proven ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines Demonstrate direct and current knowledge of the mission, structure, and key intelligence programs of the USIC, specifically related to the counterintelligence mission. Understand all aspects of the intelligence cycle is required as is knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures governing the intelligence community.
