Program Manager with Security Clearance

Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Cyber Program Manager to lead a high-impact cybersecurity program supporting a federal civilian agency. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in cybersecurity program oversight, stakeholder engagement, and strategic leadership. This role requires an experienced manager capable of leading large teams and coordinating cross-functional operations to ensure mission success. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex cybersecurity programs and projects, aligning execution with client goals, security policies, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP).
Provide oversight and direction to subordinate managers, engineers, analysts, and other cybersecurity specialists.
Implement tactical plans that drive measurable outcomes aligned with contract deliverables and program goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact with government stakeholders; establish strong, trust-based relationships and ensure responsive communication across diverse teams.
Monitor program performance metrics, budgets, staffing, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes.
Proactively identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies to government clients and internal leadership.
Support business growth by identifying follow-on opportunities and collaborating with capture and proposal teams. Required Qualifications Active Secret clearance
PMP certification
8+ years of experience in cybersecurity
Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (An additional 3 years of cybersecurity-related experience may substitute for a degree). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting federal civilian agencies
Understanding of zero trust architecture, cloud security frameworks, and emerging federal cyber mandates
Experience with managing large federal IDIQ/BPA contracts or task orders
