Position Overview Dynamic Program Manager to lead and manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring they align with our organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will deliver programs on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to industry best practices and methodologies. Essential Job Function Develop, implement, and maintain programmatic and financial management plans, policies, and procedures to ensure effective program management and control. Oversee and manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and alignment with quality standards and organizational goals. Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, collaborating with TMX-PIO stakeholders to develop and implement contingency plans for program continuity and success. Monitor and report program progress to TMX-PIO stakeholders, providing regular status reports, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and making necessary adjustments to ensure program success. Ensure compliance with program management methodologies and standards, such as PMBOK or Agile, and adhere to relevant industry best practices and standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including program plans, status reports, lessons learned, and other relevant documents to ensure accurate, up-to-date, and readily available program information. Communicate program status, issues, and risks to TMX-PIO stakeholders, providing timely and transparent updates, and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
