Overview The Program Manager (PM) acts as the point of contact (POC) for contract Modernization Support for All-domain Sensing. The PM provides support to the Army Futures Command (AFC) All-Domain Sensing (ADS) Cross-Functional Team (CFT) for interoperability system performance analysis, system integration analyses, technology enhancement capabilities recommendations, supportability engineering analysis, development and sustainment management analysis as well as technical assessments and analysis for program management. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for AFC ADS, managing all cost, schedule, and performance requirements under the contract.
Lead and oversee a diverse team of subject matter experts, analysts, and technical staff supporting over seven major task areas (e.g., requirements analysis, systems engineering, and integration and experimentation).
Coordinate delivery of all CDRL deliverables and reports in accordance with PWS requirements.
Manage day-to-day operations across 5 operational locations, including subcontractor coordination, staffing, and workflow prioritization.
Direct engagement in Technical Project Plan; Evaluations of Technology Applications; Modeling & Simulation; Operational Test Support; Operations Research and System Analysis; RDT&E Document Preparation and Review; RDT&E Documentation Support Services; Technology Readiness Level (TRL) Assessments; and Test and Evaluations.
Maintain strong relationships with sister CFTs, Joint Staff, and Combatant Commands.
Provide input to strategic planning, training programs, audit readiness, and system modernization initiatives.
Participate in internal/external meetings, program reviews, and leadership briefings as required by the COR or Contracting Officer.
Manage all P&L aspects of the project and work with corporate management on risk management and business growth activities
Responsible for the performance management of all staff
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree
5+ years field experience supporting integration and experimentation exercise/evaluations.
6+ years of program management experience supporting complex system integration.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and customer engagement skills.
Proven track record in managing complex government contracts.
Demonstrated experience successfully managing client relationships
Demonstrated experience managing employees (performance management and mentoring)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, lead customer interactions, and prepare executive-level briefings
Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance at time of application. Preferred: Direct experience with sensor integration.
Direct experience with management projects involving multifunctional tasks and substantial complexity.
