As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for establishing a consultative mindset with your team to perform the work and help various client innovate. You will also oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of the program, ensuring that it meets the quality, budget, and schedule requirements. You will report directly to the Vice President of the Other Defense Agency (ODA) Sector and collaborate with other senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization. This position is located in Fairfax, VA. Your future duties and responsibilities: - Developing and maintaining a strategic vision and roadmap for various client programs, aligning with the client's mission, goals, and priorities. - Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for expanding the scope and impact of the program, such as introducing new technologies, processes, or services. - Establishing and fostering strong relationships with the client and other key stakeholders, such as vendors, contractors, auditors, and regulators. - Providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to the program team, ensuring their professional development and performance improvement. - Evaluating and reporting on the program's outcomes, achievements, and challenges, using data-driven metrics and indicators. - Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and internal policies, standards, and procedures. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: - A Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field. - At least 10 years of experience in operations, management consulting, or a similar field. - Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a Secret clearance is required. - Experience working with the Department of the Army and Other Defense Agencies. - Strong knowledge of client operations and expertise. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and influence decision-makers. - Proven leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage complex projects, and resolve issues creatively. - A high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $125,500.00 - $247,100.00.
