Program Manager Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None The Opportunity: CACI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead, oversee, and support customer Records Information Management (RIM) needs. The Program Manager will oversee review and release of information, manage the customer's Records Center, oversee privacy, and ensure the team meets form management, document conversion, and provide library support for the customer's organization. The successful candidate will manage a team of employees and subcontractors, ensuring efficient and effective services are delivered while meeting CACI's targets for Operational Excellence. The Program Manager will also be responsible for the program's financial targets ensuring that forecasts are completed accurately and updated as needed. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Information Review and Release (IRR), Records Information Management (RIM) programs, the Records Center and Library.
Manage and support a team employees and subcontractors, including records management specialists, librarians, and database and systems administrators.
Develop and implement strategies to improve records management processes and library services.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and customer standards for records management and library operations.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on program performance, including budget management and resource allocation.
Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to align records management and library services with organizational goals.
Explore innovation opportunities through emerging technologies compatible with the customer environment and best practices in records management and library science.
Maintain and enforce customer policies and procedures for records retention, disposal, and access.
Oversee operation and maintenance of systems and hardware used to meet records information management needs, and systems that support the Records Center and library functions. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in related field
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant program management experience
5+ years of experience in program management or team leadership
Knowledge of / experience with process improvements models
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage projects and diverse teams Desired: Experience with government contracts and subcontractor management

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
