We are looking for experienced Program Manager to oversee a technology-based program supporting a key government customer in Chantilly, Virginia. The PM shall possess the following capabilities: Plan, direct, and schedule all work performed under this SOW. Be responsible for the technical quality of the services and support performed and the products procured under the contract. The Program Manager shall be the COTR's primary contact for project technical, cost, and schedule performance. Be responsible for managing Sponsor priorities within approved schedule, cost, and performance constraints. This includes the appropriate allocation and mix of resources and skills to meet requirements specified in the SOW. Ensure that all Contractor personnel work with the Sponsor and other contractor personnel in a team environment. The Program Manager shall ensure each member on the contractor team has the skill set on new emerging technology necessary to complete all tasks required by Sponsor and cross training is completed amongst all team members. Ensure new COTRs, Administrative COTRs (ACOTRs), and Government Task Managers (GTMs) are quickly acclimated to the effort via technical exchanges, meetings, and documentation. Identify resource efficiencies and look for ways to streamline program cost and schedule to deliver multitude of system enhancements in a timely fashion. Be accessible and report to the Government Contracting Officer for all contract related issues, and to the COTR for all technical issues. When the Program Manager is not available, the Contractor shall provide an alternate with full authority to act on all program matters. The Program Manager or designated alternate shall maintain an emergency contact list for all contract personnel. Ensure accurate and timely status of projects are communicated to the Sponsor and the COTR. Maintain effective communications and coordination among all Sponsor stakeholders. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines, of which at least five (5) years are as a program manager in IT disciplines. Bachelor's degree - OR - Four (4) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines. Years of experience for substitution are in addition to other years of experience requirements outlined below. Demonstrated experience leading contractor teams in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC), including sub-contractors. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience as a PM over data center work. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. A master's degree in an IT-related field. Demonstrated experience with programs deploying IT solutions supporting complex intelligence collection platforms. Demonstrated experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) IT accreditation processes. Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
