Location: Arlington, VA (primary); occasional travel to Fort Worth, TX and remote sites
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance (Top Secret preferred) Position Overview:
The Program Manager oversees all contractual, programmatic, and operational activities supporting the F-35 FLO IT Services contract. This individual serves as the primary liaison between the Contractor and the Government Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Responsibilities: Provide overall management, execution, and quality assurance for all contract tasks Coordinate with Government leadership on contract performance, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution Manage personnel performance across all supported sites Ensure compliance with DoD, USCYBERCOM cybersecurity standards, and solicitation requirements Oversee SLA adherence, particularly 24/7 Help Desk operations and 30-minute response times Manage staffing, onboarding, and retention of cleared personnel Qualifications: PMP Certification strongly preferred Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex IT and cybersecurity programs Proven expertise managing cloud-based IT operations (preferably Microsoft Azure) Bachelor's Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field preferred
