Job Description: Cydecor is seeking a Program Manager to provide support to an Intelligence Community customer. The Program Manager will manage and oversee all aspects of a technology project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget, with overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, to include financial reporting, schedule, internal staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables. Responsibilities include: Develop detailed project plans Monitor project milestones Generate status reports Evaluate and mitigate risk Incorporate quality control measures and standards to project deliverables Here's what you need: Minimum of 8 years in project management experience and a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT business process engineering. Minimum Bachelor's degree in management, business, finance, economics, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. Demonstrated experience in designing, testing, deploying, and maintain large networks and systems with a global footprint as well as in-depth knowledge of IC ITE services. Possess knowledge and experience with software development, systems engineering, business process engineering, customer relationship management, project management, financial management, change management, risk management and IT service management. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and ITIL v4 Foundations Certification is preferred. The PM must have excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management, and critical thinking skills. Bonus points if you have: Program management experience within the Intelligence Community Agencies. Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
