Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented PM to manage the entire order cycle, including order processing, tracking, and fulfillment.


Responsibilities include reviewing and inputting orders into the system, verifying product availability, coordinating with the shipping department, and addressing any customer inquiries related to their orders.


The ideal candidates should be familiar with the end-to-end order management process and have an excellent understanding of inventory management.


Ultimately, the PM's role is to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively managing orders and resolving any issues that may arise.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire order cycle, including order entry, administration, and shipping.
  • Ensure product availability by coordinating with the inventory team.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and their availability.
  • Resolve order and inventory issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries related to their orders.
  • Monitor order status and communicate any delays.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare regular reports on order status and inventory levels

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3-5+ years experience as a Buyer, Program Manager, or similar role in Supply Chain
  • 3-5+ years Buying/Purchasing experience
  • Experience with order management software
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory management
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a relevant field

Preferred Skills

  • Experience/skills with electronics manufacturing management and supply chain.

Pay range and compensation package

$70,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.

Quarterly commission.
