We work alongside creative directors, strategists, writers, producer and insight seekers and we are driven by creativity, a love for the challenge and are always thinking of ways to do things better, smarter and more efficiently Responsibilities Exhibit strong leadership and emotional intelligence as we work collectively to bring new creative ideas to life while managing complex objectives and multiple channels. Ensure all cross-functional stakeholders are aligned on goals, strategy and creative direction. Craft and maintain project documentation including, program plans, schedules, SOWs and retrospectives. Manage and oversee meetings, milestones and reviews to meet the plans ensuring all parties have visibility into status and movement Liaise with other Project Managers and Producers to oversee and maintain consistency and quality standards for production related channels. Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders Manages the single source of truth: scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan in Workfront, budget, timing and dependencies Build, implement and grow processes and strategies for collaboration with an eye towards continuous improvement. Required skills and qualifications experience, preferably in Program Management Exceptional skills in collaboration, facilitation, and organization Solutions orientated and innovative thinker with a passion for creative Able to build strong relationships built on candor, trust, humor and shared purpose. Comfortable with change management and partners to evangelize change and progress. Preferred skills and qualifications Bachelors degree (or equivalent) Strong working knowledge of Project Management tools (Workfront)
