Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Program Manager Non-Tech for a contract position in Redmond, WA
The opportunity will be nine months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.Position Summary: Looking for a Program Manager to assist game studios and stakeholder teams navigate the legal, cultural, and ethical considerations when creating and distributing gaming content globally.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: - Working with stakeholders across client Games to track compliance requirements for games, services, marketing, and content in worldwide markets.
- Performing frontline reviews of game content and marketing materials to mitigate unnecessary geopolitical risk in target markets.
- Assisting with reporting compliance against Gaming Global Readiness requirements.
- Organizing, synthesizing, and updating information into clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation on the Gaming Global Readiness SharePoint site.
- Researching complex questions related to geopolitical, socio-linguistic, and cultural issues and synthesizing the research into clear analysis and guidance for stakeholders.
- Coordinating and scheduling GR reviews and training sessions with teams and stakeholders.
- Co-hosting Gaming Global Readiness Office Hours when necessary.
Qualifications: - Proficiency in SharePoint, Jira/ADO, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Visio.
- Familiarity with compliance functions.
- Bonus: Background in cultural studies, history, or anthropology, and proficiency in two or more languages.
- Degree or equivalent experience in localization, international relations, program management, game production, or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Preferred: 2 or more years' experience within the entertainment or communication fields.
- Years of Experience Required: 2 overall years of experience in the field.

Average: The ideal resume would contain marketing communications experience, editorial experience, interest in gaming and pop culture and content production for worldwide markets. - Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines.

- Gaming software (content pipeline or software of a product that's made of multiple components) 2 years of experience

- Passion for learning, research, creative content, communications, and games.
- Awareness of cross-cultural differences.
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Familiarity with video games, development milestones, content creation, and age ratings.
