Nextant is looking for a driven Program Manager Non-Tech to join our client team. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong commitment and work ethic to support the team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, edit, and format clear and concise documentation, including user guides, procedures, and technical specifications.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and content for documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation follows established standards and guidelines for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Set up and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions based on business requirements.
  • Maintain and organize content within SharePoint, ensuring it is easily accessible and searchable.
  • Curate and maintain accurate compliance status for Studios products.
  • Drive timely compliance deliverables and dependencies with product development teams.
  • Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Marketing)
  • 2-7 years of experience required.
  • PMP or PMI certification.
  • Program Manager experience.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.

Pay Rate:

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $170,000.00 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and other market and business considerations when extending an offer.


Please note: Candidate must be in Washington, Texas, or Florida.
