This role is pivotal for planning and executing the external sales strategy, ensuring optimal agent capacity, and aligning cross-functional teams towards driving sales efficiency and growth. The successful candidate will be central to crafting incentive structures, managing performance, and leveraging data for continuous optimization. Key Responsibilities: Strategically plan and execute the external sales program. Develop and oversee agent capacity planning, performance metrics, and incentive structures. Drive sales process optimizations to improve efficiency and conversion rates. Foster alignment and collaboration with multiple internal teams including legal, compliance, marketing, and product. Regularly track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to inform strategy and decision-making. Must-Have Skills: Exceptional project management expertise. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities. Proficient in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Industry Experience: Previous experience in sales strategy or sales operations within a lending organization is highly desirable.
