Program Manager/Intelligence Analyst III with Security Clearance

THIS POSTION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD DESCRIPTION Longeviti LLC is searching for a Program Manager/Intelligence Analyst III with an active TS/SCI and CI Polygraph to support the FBI Laboratory at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The FBI's mission is to protect and defend the United States against terrorist and foreign intelligence threats, to uphold and enforce the criminal laws of the United States, and to provide leadership and criminal justice services to federal, state, municipal, and international agencies and partners; and to perform these responsibilities in a manner that is responsive to the needs of the public and is faithful to the Constitution of the United States. The Laboratory Intelligence Unit (LIU) provides analysis of forensic exploitation to address the requirements of the FBI and the United States Intelligence Community (USIC). The FBI's Laboratory Division has recovered and seized improvised explosives devices (IEDs) and related materials from the DoD for forensic and technical analysis in support of the ongoing war on terrorism. In December 2004 the Terrorist Explosive Device Analytical Center (TEDAC), located in Huntsville, Alabama, was formally established and given the mission of forensically and technically exploiting for evidentiary, investigative and intelligence purposes IEDs used by terrorists. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Any Contract Intelligence Analyst designated as Program Manager in the one (1) Intelligence Analyst III Labor Category shall have experience and training demonstrating they have the knowledge, skills, and abilities as outlined in the SOW and must meet the following minimum requirements: REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES: A Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university. A minimum of five (5) years of intelligence analysis work experience in the USIC. Experience and/or familiarity with intelligence requirements and processes. A minimum of three (3) years of leadership and/or supervisory experience. Strong interpersonal ability, demonstrated by at least three (3) years of experience working on a multi-disciplined team or within a team environment. Strong editorial and grammar skills as demonstrated by at least two (2) years of experience in copy editing, print-publishing, or other writing-heavy responsibilities. At least five (5) years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. PREFERRED OR DESIRED EXPRIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Program Manager with previous military, law enforcement, or other federal government/non-USIC experience is also desired. Program Manager with a hard science or technical background is preferred but not required. Any experience having certified release authority to release and/or disseminate intelligence products is also preferred.
