Position Overview STI-TEC is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead a small team of Intelligence Analysts in support of the FBI Laboratory Intelligence Unit (LIU) in Huntsville, AL. This leadership role is responsible for managing all contract execution, deliverables, and personnel, while also supporting the analysis and dissemination of critical intelligence products. Essential Job Function Manage the execution of a federal intelligence support services contract at the FBI Laboratory. Lead a team of analysts performing operational and tactical intelligence exploitation. Serve as primary point of contact with the FBI's COR and Contracting Officer. Oversee task management, staffing, performance, and quality assurance. Author and review intelligence products for dissemination to FBI and USIC customers. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 5 years of experience in intelligence analysis within the USIC. Minimum 3 years of leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multi-disciplinary teams. Strong writing and editorial skills with at least 2 years in a publishing, analysis, or reporting role. 5+ years of Microsoft Office proficiency. TS/SCI with CI Poly Desired Qualifications Prior leadership experience in military, law enforcement, or federal intelligence settings. Background in hard science, technical analysis, or forensics is a plus. Certified Release Authority experience preferred.
