Our work depends on you joining our team: HOW A PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Provides technical engineering support to include Project Management, Requirements, Analysis, Systems Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, Network/Voice Systems Administration, system Security, and Configuration management for the FBI EVoIP and External Dialing infrastructure systems
Supervises all personnel engaged in the operation and support of EVoIP and External Dialing including all communications equipment in large scale or multi-shift operations.
Supervises complex operations that involve two or more additional functions such as, but not limited to, network operations, systems security, systems software support, and production support activities.
Leads team on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects.
Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions
Involving scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
Communicating project requirements clearly
Creating a plan with incremental goals and deadlines
Planning and leading team meetings
Liaising between clients and team members
Delegating and assigning tasks
Ensuring deadlines are met
Identifying and mitigating obstacles
Writing project reviews and performance reports
Overseeing documentation
Manages burn reports, invoicing, processing of quotes REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: Network Security, Agile Process WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: EDUCATION: Bachelors and minimum of 6 years experience. Substitutions Allowed: MA/MS-4 years; Doctorate Degree/Ph.D.-3 years, No Degree - 10 years CLEARANCE: Top Secret (TS) level with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) LOCATION: Washington, DC GDIT IS YOUR PLACE: 401K with company match
