Job Summary: This highly analytic role will plan, direct and manage the diagnostic fit set commercial process to ensure sets are available and properly allocated to support monthly fit set forecasts as well as new product launches. The individual selected for this position should be very strong in data analysis, have large-scope thinking and have strong negotiating skills with proven results. They will be responsible for the policies surrounding free lenses to support Eye Care Practitioners with diagnostic lenses.
Responsibilities- Serve as the key commercial interface with marketing, sales, finance, sales support and other commercial functions - including supply chain and 3rd party vendors - to ensure diagnostic fit set forecasts and allocations are achieved on both a monthly and annual basis
- Optimize the internal process to elevate the visibility of fit set allocation discussions and alignments across brands, customer marketing/corporate account leads and sales leadership
- Collaborate with commercial ops to develop, analyze and report key KPI's for diagnostic lens placement and performance, including fitting status and ROI. Lead a regular review to enhance to visibility of this performance scorecard to Sales/Corp Acct leadership and Brand team.
- Participate in regular meetings with cross functional teams including 3rd party vendor to determine build plans and priorities
- Work with CooperVision marketing communications and brand marketing on the creation and management of fit set assets and branding. This includes managing inventory of existing assets, managing the budget, POs, and invoices.
- Be the single point of contact for the sales organization for fit set questions and troubleshooting
- Facilitate Bill of Materials (BOM) creation & adjustment process for the creation of new fit sets and modifications to existing sets
- Act as a NA liaison for the Canadian team and 3rd party vendors
- Serve as a fit set SME for product and customer brand launches
- Oversee field and customer issue tracking and implement process improvements accordingly
- Support the development, implementation and maintenance of tools related to trial and fit set orders
- Partner with Brand Team Leads to support and/or execute initiatives related to trial and fit set management
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be required as part of this role 5-10%
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong business acumen and expert level of data analysis (from creation to reporting & presenting data stages)
- Experience creating dashboards is required
- Excellent organizational, project management and follow-through skills
- Proficient in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Advanced skills preferred
- Highly Analytical and detail oriented
- Ability to work with and manage complex Excel files as well as reporting abilities
- Strong presentation skills, including creating presentations & speaking in front of large groups with ability to influence decisions at high levels as well as cross-functional levels
- Proven track record of leading and working with cross functional teams
- Proficiency with office software including Microsoft Office and Outlook required
- Must be highly process-driven (creation & implementation phases)
- Must be able to work independently and influentially with Finance, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Sales & Corporate Accounts, Manufacturing, Legal and External Vendors
Work Environment:
- Based out of the Victor, NY office, with some travel to other CVI locations and 3rd party vendors
Experience:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience of project management, financial and/or data analysis and product management
- Experience in the contact lens industry, or related field, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $133,150.00 and $ 190,213.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
