Program Manager for a
Contract job with a client in
Sunnyvale, CA(Hybrid) . The ideal candidate has led large AEM content management projects. They will manage Agile teams and oversee full AEM integration.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Program Manager job responsibilities include: - Leading and delivering large-scale AEM content management programs from initiation to completion.
- Coordinating cross-functional Agile teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Managing stakeholder communications, expectations, and program reporting.
- Overseeing integration efforts across AEM Sites, Assets, and Cloud Services.
- Ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business goals and compliance standards.
Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in technical program management roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM Sites, Assets, and Cloud Services.
- Proficiency in Java, REST APIs, and front-end technologies.
- Proven ability to manage large content management projects in Agile/Scrum and Kanban environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
