Description
Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers to ensure successful execution of multiple concurrent projects
Coordinate internal resources and oversee workload balancing across the team
Serve as an escalation point for project or client issues requiring executive oversight
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, staffing, and process improvements
Monitor key performance metrics (schedule, budget, client feedback) across all JOC contracts
Strengthen relationships with municipal clients and ensure compliance with public procurement processes
Profile
Experiance in commercial construction, also in a leadership role (Sr. PM, Program Manager, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of Job Order Contracting (JOC) or IDIQ project delivery methods
Experience managing public sector projects with municipalities or government agencies
Proven leadership and mentorship skills
Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
Based in the Phoenix area
