POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Manager develops and leads maternal/perinatal initiatives, collaborating with the Maternal Medical Director and regional clinical leaders to implement clinical strategies and policies. The role focuses on achieving nursing standardization, evidence-based practices, and optimal patient care performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing Current R.N. license in New Mexico or compact license Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring SKILLS:
Basic computer skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to workload changes EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years in perinatal nursing; leadership experience preferred.
SUPERVISION: Reports to Chief Nursing Executive.
ENVIRONMENT: Clean, smoke-free; travel required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to communicate effectively and lift up to 20 lbs.
