POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Manager develops and leads maternal/perinatal initiatives, collaborating with the Maternal Medical Director and regional clinical leaders to implement clinical strategies and policies. The role focuses on achieving nursing standardization, evidence-based practices, and optimal patient care performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: R.N. license (New Mexico or compact), Neonatal Resuscitation Program, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring. SKILLS: Basic computer skills, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and flexibility. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years in perinatal nursing; leadership experience preferred. NATURE OF SUPERVISION: Reports to Chief Nursing Executive.
ENVIRONMENT: Clean, smoke-free; travel required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to communicate effectively and lift up to 20 lbs.
