Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for financial documentation and processes up to Internal Audit standards.
  • Ensure standards are met and processes followed for financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain policy documents as they relate to ARR and ARR reporting.
  • Develop and maintain memo process and write first drafts of memos.
  • Manage cadence and requirements associated to ARR completeness.
  • Align with RAO around ARR vs Reported Revenue & RPO.
  • Align with Revenue forecasting team around ARR to Revenue QRF & OL.
  • Audit on filter table + documentation behind existing filters.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or other related fields.
  • 5+ years of combined experience in finance, operations, and related functions with a focus on the technology sector.
  • Significant experience within the Finance functions of organizations. Ability to explain Finance/Operations concepts to non-Finance/Operations teams.
  • Experience in financial reporting technologies is helpful but not required.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Products (SharePoint, Teams, Planner, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Exceptional program management skills and excels at leading multiple projects concurrently.
  • Robust EQ, proven to influence with experience operating in an unstructured environment.
  • Strategic problem-solver. Proactive self-starter. Calm and agile in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. High learning agility.
  • Outstanding communication abilities with emphasis on written & verbal communication to a global audience.
Compensation:
  • Up to $71.83 per hour.
