Position Title: Program Manager

Job Type: Contract and Remote
Pay Range: $65/hr. - $70/hr.

Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work, effectiveness, and meeting project deadlines.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 5 years' experience with technical project management, delivery solutions via a web-based platform.
2. Minimum 5 years' experience with running experimentation on the web or similar application platforms.
3. Minimum 5years experience with data analytics platforms and data analysis.
Client is looking for candidates with experience with Web based experimentation or A/B testing.
Looking for candidates with experience with Enterprise level web application delivery with user centered focused.
Job Description: Responsibilities
Work at various stages of development to ensure milestones are delivered on time and to the highest possible quality.
Create and maintain the project schedule; ensure teams are on track with their deliverables.
Communicate with engineers and business stakeholders on project requirements and deliverables
Keep the team aware of milestones deliverables and goals through all phases of development.
Identify risks in advance and drive the team towards successful resolution before the risks turn into fires.
Job Description: Qualifications (Required and Preferred)
Required Qualifications
7 years of experience as a cross-functional Technical Program Manager, Producer or related experience for web or other online products.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and program management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities.
Well-developed communication and project management skills are required.
Experience with SDLC methodologies such as: Waterfall, SCRUM, or other agile methodologies is preferred.
Proven ability to plan, create and maintain a highly effective production schedule for multiple disciplines in all phases of development, from concept to completion.
Demonstrated ability to drive and influence across teams towards adoption of engineering best practices.
Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, along with project management skills and seasoned and conflict resolution.
Be comfortable creating process. Our processes have to evolve every day. The processes we use need to be light and minimalistic, but effective enough to yield predictable quality results.
Be results driven and possess a growth mindset with the ability to collaborate with others.
Capable of balancing a project's production requirements within budget and staff limitations while ensuring high production values are never compromised.
Some experience with automated testing tools and concepts preferred (including unit tests, functional automation, TDD, code coverage)
