POSITION DESCRIPTION /

Niobium Microsystems is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our growing Technology team. This role requires a minimum of 8-10 years of industry experience.

We seek a passionate and collaborative professional with strong technical skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As part of our expanding technology team, you will work alongside our CTO, VP of engineering and engineering teams to coordinate development efforts, define and deliver project milestones while proactively managing risks and resolving roadblocks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES /

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Drive program execution for Niobium's Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) product, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
  • Collaborate closely with hardware and software engineering teams to coordinate development efforts, resolve roadblocks and optimize workflows
  • Partner with the CTO to share and refine product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with product strategy, team deliverables, and long term vision
  • Define project milestones, key delivery dates, and success metrics while proactively mitigating risks and dependencies
  • Foster cross-functional communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring transparency and helping to align on priorities
  • Drive stakeholder engagement including internal leadership, partners, and customers to align expectations and father feedback
  • Establish and refine the program management processes, best practices, and tools
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE /
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in program management within the semiconductor industry, or related hardware product company
  • Strong technical understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles, preferable in secure computing applications
  • Experience working with engineering teams including ASIC, SoC, and software development teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across technical and executive teams
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks
