Job Description:
The Program Manager will provide professional support services to the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Airborne Systems Integration (ASI) Division.
Functional Duties:
Acts as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues. Oversees contractor execution of the contract requirements. Manages acquisition and employment of program resources.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience performing functional duties.
- At least five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) have been in support of Defense Acquisition or Navy program management.
- At least seven (7) years of supervisory experience.
- At least eight (8) years of experience planning, organizing, directing, and executing multiple projects and project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams.
- Ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort.
- NAVAIR IT experience
- Cybersecurity/RMF Process Knowledge
Education Requirements: BA/BS degree in an Engineering, Technical, or Business discipline is required. No substitutions.
Certification Requirements: Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) active certification or must have completed coursework equivalent to Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II Project Manager Certification.
