Job Title: Program Manager(Automation)

Job Description :

Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the enterprise automation strategy across multiple technologies
  • Lead automation project execution across various teams, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Establish and enforce automation governance, best practices, and security guidelines
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams to identify automation opportunities
  • Manage and mentor automation teams, ensuring skill development and knowledge-sharing
  • Troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability
  • Stay ahead of emerging automation trends and innovations
Skills:
  • Expertise in automation frameworks across multiple technologies, including AIOps, DevOps, RPA, EUC Automation, Conversational AI
  • Basic understanding of automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, ServiceNow ITOM, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Kubernetes, and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Shell, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and ITSM & Monitoring Tool integration
  • Understanding of API development, Webhooks, and automation scripting
  • Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-wide automation strategies
  • Ability to evaluate new automation technologies and provide strategic recommendations
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
  • Primary Competency: Project/Program Management, Strategic Planning, Process Automation
  • Secondary Competency: Change Management, Communication Skills, Resource Allocation
Experience:
  • 15+ years of total IT experience
  • 10+ years in IT automation, DevOps, or related fields
  • 5+ years in leading automation initiatives across multiple domains
  • Hands-on experience in enterprise IT automation and digital transformation projects
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong background in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) for automation
  • Experience of ITIL and ITSM best practices
