Program Manager

GCyber is seeking an enthusiastic Program Manager to support a mission critical DoD environment. In this role you'll lead a skilled technical team, foster strong customer relationships, and ensure program success through innovative solutions and collaboration. Due to the classification and nature of the work performed, this position will be full-time at the Government location. As the Program Manager, you will: Be the primary point of contact for customer leadership, ensuring open communication and alignment with mission goals. Drive program success by managing technical, operational, and financial performance. Lead a team of talented professionals, promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement. Oversee program deliverables, including network operations, infrastructure support, and resource planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution. Minimum Qualifications and Experience An experienced leader with a DoD TS/SCI clearance and a BA/BS degree (or equivalent). A certified professional with a PMP, DoD 8570 IAT II, and ideally, a CCNP. A proven track record in program management, with 5+ years in a DoD environment and 10+ years of IT experience. A strong background in network administration and operational management.
