Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Manhattan, NY 10020 (2-3 days onsite, hybrid)

Pay rate: $105 - $115 on W2 hourly

Duration: 6+ months (Possible Extension)

Schedule: M-F 8 AM- 5 PM (40 hrs./week)


Job Description:

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in project management methodologies & reporting, strong skills in delivery management, stakeholder management, regulatory change management, risk management, and problem-solving.
  • Structuring initiatives and project portfolios: project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, and working across multiple functions and legal entities to structure and manage end-to-end project efforts through a deep understanding of requirements, technologies, cross-functional impact, and business strategy
  • Execute weekly project and portfolio status reporting, understand and maintain the program's RAID log, run daily and/or weekly working groups to support successful program delivery
  • Provide appropriate information, share updates with senior management and other key stakeholders, as well as ownership of key working group meetings
  • Drive data management projects and programs (data acquisition, controls, quality, and remediation) in a hybrid execution environment
  • Manage execution of key initiatives through the full project life cycle from strategic project planning to delivery, including development of target state business processes, build, and adoption of technology solutions
  • Indirect oversight of program and project-level resources, including those provided by 3rd party providers
  • Experience managing data-oriented projects and programs strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), must be able to lead meetings, summarize, and articulate key points to provide clear direction and support to stakeholders and team members
  • Strong ability to adapt, prioritize, and motivate to handle different leadership styles
