University located in midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Program Manager . This is a long-term temporary role with potential for Temporary-to-Direct Hire. This position will be fully onsite, Monday through Thursday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, and Fridays from 9:00am - 2:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for students.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Create and maintain confidential and sensitive data such as academic student records, faculty files, and teaching evaluations.
- Collect and maintain clinical faculty credentials.
- Assist with managing purchasing requests, price negotiations, invoice submissions, classroom requests, conference travel, and faculty reimbursements.
- Assist with program handbooks, student course registration, monitor progress towards degree completion, and serve as liaison to all university offices.
- Support planning and execution of events such as assisting with open houses, orientation, graduation, and continuing education courses.
- Schedule and coordinate student appointments with Deans and Senior Faculty.
- Participate in student recruitment and retention initiatives.
Please have:
- 3+ years' experience in higher education/healthcare/medical education programs
- Experience with Compliance Management/Background Screening Databases
- Excellent Administrative Skills
