Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Program and Project Management: Manage intake and build operational programs and projects within the company management tool, including tasks and communication plans.
Marketing Support: Support cross-channel marketing efforts through initiative development and task hand-offs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with business, creative, and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Sales Knowledge: Gain deep knowledge of sales capabilities, limitations, roadmap, and processes to effectively support sales initiatives.
Content Regionalization: Coordinate with translation teams to regionalize content for other languages and countries.
Process Tagging and Tracking: Implement process tagging and tracking to provide visibility to leadership on initiative progress and task insights.
Partner Onboarding: Help guide and onboard partners to our technical platforms and write technical documentation as needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $72.00/hr.
