LHH is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of case managers, ensuring effective management and support
  • Maintain the facility, ranging from 18 to 100 beds, ensuring it meets quality standards
  • Submit work orders and ensure the adequacy of food services
  • Monitor and meet performance targets as part of grant contracts
  • Audit participant files and ensure compliance with grant requirements
  • Manage grant applications, renewals, and reporting to secure funding
  • Collaborate with case managers and staff to foster a supportive environment
  • Handle administrative tasks, including reports and census management
  • Maintain confidentiality while establishing boundaries with guests
  • Coordinate with the payroll company to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
  • Must be willing to travel to other sites (mileage reimbursed)
  • Comfortable working with the homeless demographic
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resilience
  • A minimum of 2+ years of recent management experience
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in interim housing or working with the homeless
  • Proven experience in managing and securing grants
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid CA driver's license, and pass TB skin test
