Key job responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive QA processes tailored to European markets, with the goal to identify value/opportunity/risk and take corrective actions
Take end-to-end ownership to collaborate with Operation partners to ensure identified issues are addressed and improvement has been sustained
Maintain subject matter expertise specific to job function and general industry awareness
Pioneer and establish processes for new projects with minimal existing documentation or SOPs
Reporting of key trends, performing deep dive analysis to identify root causes and collaborating with global stakeholders to share critical insights for further action/ analysis
Provides ideas for process improvements across multiple projects and teams to enhance process efficiency, quality and customer experience
Use critical thinking and demonstrate high ownership while reviewing processes and technology

A day in the life
The Amazon Key team is looking for a Program Manager to contribute to the development and ongoing execution of our Quality Assurance Program in EU. This position will assist with driving operational excellence through a culture of continuous inspection in our processes and key business initiatives. They will focus on raising the bar on our processes and tools by continuously evaluating our internal controls, consistency in standard work against established policy, plan, and practice, as well as recommending data driven solutions.

About the team
The Amazon Key Quality Assurance team is responsible for the following:
Introducing new tools and procedures that drive defect identification and reduction by partnering with internal teams and business groups to adopt improvements
Introducing quality metrics and triggering containment and corrective actions as necessary
Creating and presenting quality reports and dashboards to KfB leadership
Continually evaluating solutions not only for quality and business impact, but scalability
Diving deep in the details, as well as identifying big-picture trends and recommendations based on the data

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience in Quality Assurance or related field
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and ownership of deliverables
Ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets
Strong attention to details
Ability to work independently and to navigate ambiguous environments in order create structure where none exist
Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Proven experience in automate manual process and increase productivity
Knowledge of SQL and basic scripting
Experience with end-to-end project management
Experience in logistics operations, particularly in last-mile delivery
Proficiency in another EU language beside English (preferably Italian or German)
