Job Description Location: Austin, TX; Nashville, TN; Kansas City, MO; Seattle, WA; Broomfield, CO, Reston, VA; Burlington, MA - Hybrid position (in office 3 days a week) As a Program Manager of Real Estate & Facilities (RE&F) Strategy, the role requires a highly skilled and strategic-minded Program Manager that focuses on operational excellence driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role will implement and sustain programs through lean principles and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence by promoting a mindset of continuous learning and improvement within our organization. The role will be responsible for developing, standardizing, maintaining, and reporting on data to support the effective management of governance, controls, and compliance pursuant to the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) model established. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess a unique blend of leadership, project management, and change management skills, coupled with an understanding of operational processes, document control, and business/financial acumen across various Real Estate & Facilities functions Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities Leads the creation and updates of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that streamline operations and ensures consistency Identifies process improvement opportunities and works cross-functionally to optimize operational processes for enhanced quality and efficiency Provides administrative support and expertise of administrative processes to the RE&F Strategy organization Develop data analysis tools and methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement while using data to make informed decisions Analyze data and develop reporting to support executive level report outs and presentations Implement strategies to optimize and enhance operational efficiency and increase productivity and effectiveness Establish a vision and lead implementation for the real estate and facilities organization to support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Evaluate and provide recommendations on service delivery (hard, soft, and real estate services) across global portfolio and work with real estate & facilities management, procurement, legal, functional workstream leads, etc. to manage service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI) Manage IFM partners contractual obligations, including Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Develop and implement a Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) Manage, track, and provide report outs on financial performance Develop and foster strong, productive working relationships with strategic partners and local vendors Build and maintain understanding of the vendor's business strategy, key drivers, and current issues to provide support and collaboration on service implementation Key Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of relevant facilities experience Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management, finance, engineering, or related field from an accredited institution Multidisciplinary understanding of real estate, facilities, engineering, construction project management, and environment health & safety (EH&S) highly preferred High level of personal credibility, integrity and client relationship management, networking, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Background in continuous improvement, change management, service mindset, and enterprise leadership Demonstrated track record in the development & implementation of strategic plans Ability to work at an Oracle campus at least three days per week. Located within thirty miles (commute distance) to a major Oracle campus - Austin, TX; Nashville, TN; Kansas City, MO; Seattle, WA; Broomfield, CO, Reston, VA; Burlington, MA - Hybrid position (in office 3 days a week) Ability to travel as required Accountabilities Benchmarking of internal and external Facility Management and Real Estate practices to define a global integrated operating strategy Govern IFM partners contractual compliance and obligations, including Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Maintain up to date database and track all updates of IFM contractual agreements, including service level expectations, key performance indicators, and global to local governance processes Lead and continue to enhance IFM governance program and associated documentation Monitor service levels, key performance indicators, and external benchmarks for continuous improvement opportunities Collaborate w/ members of the RE&F leadership team, as well as leaders in Procurement, Legal, and HR Leadership Competencies Performance Drive & Execution - Holds self and others accountable for delivering shareholder value. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $41.78 to $85.67 per hour; from $86,900 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
