The Prospective Group (TPG) is seeking a Program Manager - ServiceNow PPM to coordinate complex projects with minimal oversight. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and tracking project plans using ServiceNow PPM and MS Project, facilitating strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment with agency goals, providing guidance and oversight to junior team members, interfacing with Government PMs, translating stakeholder needs into actionable plans, and creating high-quality deliverables such as POAMs, risk registers, change requests, and status reports. Primary Duties:
Lead and manage complex projects with minimal oversight
Develop, maintain, and track project plans using ServiceNow PPM and MS Project
Facilitate strategic planning sessions and ensure alignment with agency goals
Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members
Interface with Government PMs, translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans
Create high-quality deliverables: POAMs, risk registers, change requests, status reports
Key Skills:
ServiceNow PPM expertise
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow PPM module
Experience with Demand, Project, Resource, and Timecard Management
Customization using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions
Flow Designer and Workflow Editor proficiency
GlideScript/JavaScript development
Integration experience (Jira, SAP, MS Project, REST/SOAP APIs)
Configuration of Performance Analytics & Dashboards
Familiarity with CMDB and its impact on PPM
Agile/Waterfall proficiency
Stakeholder engagement
Strategic planning
Minimum Requirements
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years' support for operational management
Operational knowledge of ServiceNow Project Portfolio Manager and/or MS Project Portfolio Management.
Functional knowledge of the DCSA or equivalent DOD Adjudication and Vetting processes pertaining to personnel security clearances
