Job Details Energy Efficiency Specialist The Select Group is seeking an Energy Efficiency Specialist for our enterprise client in Denver, CO. In this role, you will deliver cost effective, operationally efficient, environmentally conscious and value-added sustainable reporting and practices within business operations. You will be serving as a key member of the Sustainability team and work in close collaboration with the Sustainability Manager for engagement with site level facility managers. The role will require the candidate to be onsite in Greenwood Village, CO
Energy Efficiency Specialist Requirements: - Must have Energy efficiency, energy project and/or energy management experience: 3+
- Multi-site project management experience within an operationally complex industry, such as telecommunications, manufacturing, oil / gas, utilities: 2+
- Excellent research and data analysis skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: ability to consolidate tabs from different spreadsheets, use existing formulas and functionality such as VLOOKUP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience using online content management and collaboration tools (i.e., SharePoint) including exporting data or scorecards from established dashboard platforms (i.e. Tableau)
- Education- Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental sciences, energy management, sustainable building design, environmental engineering or related field
Energy Efficiency Specialist Responsibilities: - Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of an energy efficiency software implementation including integration of equipment level or "submetering" data for selected sites, including managing dashboard and visualization, data design and filtering requirements for reports to business units from within the platform.
- Responsible for developing an internal framework for managing and collecting real-time data in the energy efficiency platform.
- Supports cross-functional stakeholders for collecting site information for sites as part of an energy efficiency program from business planners and site managers.
- Track project progress, timelines, and budgets; Analyze energy data to measure performance and savings; Prepare and present reports on project outcomes and ROI.
- Supports Sustainability Manager with additional, existing energy efficiency programs developed by the Sustainability department.
- Support continuous process improvements, analysis, audits and reporting on energy efficiency initiatives and associated data.
- Research individual topics as requested on operational practices, energy efficiency, energy management and eco-design.
- Support Sustainability department responsiveness to employee inquiries.
- Perform other duties as requested that support the success of the Sustainability Program.
